McBain Family Chiropractic Center, P.C. has been proudly serving the McBain and surrounding communities since 1994. Located in the Professional Building in downtown McBain, just 10 miles east of Cadillac, Michigan.
Dr. Jeffrey T. Gischia is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (P.C.C.) and is proud to be part of a strong familiy history of chiropractors. Dr. Gischia is a 3rd generation chiropractor. His chiropractic roots date back to his grandfather, Dr. Lester O. Anderson, who graduated from P.C.C. in 1939. Along with several family members, including Dr. Gischia's brother, Dr. Bill Gischia, is a chiropractor in Keego Harbor, Michigan.
Dr. Gischia and his wife, Debbi, chose McBain to open a Chiropractic office because they had previously been blessed with visiting the area, saw the need for a family oriented Chiropractic practice and decided this was a great place to raise their own children. Thirteen years later they have a thriving practice and have introduced many people in the area to the undeniable benefits of including chiropractic care as a part of a healthy lifestyle. Office Manager
Tammy is one of the smiling faces you see at our front counter. Tammy has been a valued team member since November 2001. She is currently the Office Manager. Tammy meets with each new patient to review our patient policies and oversees the day to day operations of the office, as well as managing patient accounts. She can help you with just about any question or concern you may have. Please feel free to ask Tammy for help and convey any comments or concerns you may have to her.
Public Relations C.A.
Becky has been a proud team member since September 2005. She began as the Tech. C.A. and is now the P.R.C.A. Becky helps with the public relations/patient education components for our office. She designs and distributes monthly newsletters, designs and decorates the bulletin board, updates our website, handles the patient education and props that are found around the office and does some update scheduling and phone calls. Front Desk C.A.
Kathy is the first smiling face you see when you enter our office, she has been our Front Desk C.A. since July 2006. She controls the daily flow of the office routine, collects payment and coordinates patient scheduling. Kathy can help you with any scheduling issues, payments and treatment plan followup recommended by Dr. Gischia. She is a valued team member and works hard to exceed the expectations of our patients.
Insurance/Billing Specialist
Kelly is our insurance/billing specialist. She joined our team in February 2007. She verifies insurance benefits, coordinates benefits, bills insurance companies and helps with office operations. Kelly is an advocate and liaison from our office to the various insurance companies. Kelly is able to help you with your billing and insurance questions and can even help in scheduling your appointments.
