McBain Family Chiropractic Center, P.C. has been proudly serving the McBain and surrounding communities since 1994.  Located in the Professional Building in downtown McBain, just 10 miles east of Cadillac, Michigan.

Dr. Jeffrey T. Gischia is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (P.C.C.)  and is proud to be part of a strong familiy history of chiropractors. Dr. Gischia is a 3rd generation chiropractor.  His chiropractic roots date back to his grandfather, Dr. Lester O. Anderson, who graduated from P.C.C. in 1939.  Along with several family members, including Dr. Gischia's brother, Dr. Bill Gischia, is a chiropractor in Keego Harbor, Michigan.  

Dr. Gischia and his wife, Debbi, chose McBain to open a Chiropractic office  because they had previously been blessed with visiting the area, saw the need for a family oriented Chiropractic practice and decided this was a great place to raise their own children.  Eighteen years later they have a thriving practice and have introduced many people in the area to the undeniable benefits of including chiropractic care as a part of a healthy lifestyle. Tammy is one of the smiling faces you see at our front counter.  Tammy has been a valued team member since November 2001.  She is currently the Office Manager.  Tammy meets with each new patient to review our patient policies and oversees the day to day operations of the office, as well as managing patient accounts. She is also our Front Desk CA. She controls the daily flow of the office routine, collects payment and coordinates patient scheduling.   She helps with the public relations/patient education components for our office.  She designs and distributes quarterly newsletters, designs and decorates the bulletin board, updates our website, handles the patient education and props that are found around the office.  She is also our insurance/billing specialist. She verifies insurance benefits, coordinates benefits, bills insurance companies.  Tammy is an advocate and liaison from our office to the various insurance companies.  She is able to help you with your billing and insurance questions.   She can help you with just about any question or concern you may have.  Please feel free to ask Tammy for help and convey any comments or concerns you may have to her.

Kathy is another smiling face you see when you enter our office. Kathy had been our Front Desk C.A. from July 2006 until December 2011 where she now has a new role in our office as our Tech CA.   Kathy assists the Dr with exams and X-rays along with gathering patient histories.   She is a valued team member and works hard to exceed the expectations of our patients.
